Returns and refund policy 

At Point, we aim for customer satisfaction as well as peace of mind for each of you. That's why we've simplified our returns and refunds policy.

Return and exchanges

Purchases made on the Point.ca website or in store may be exchangeable, but non-refundable (store credit possible)within 30 days of receipt of order (see exceptions below). However, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item was delivered or purchased in store within the last 30 days
  • The item has not been worn, used or washed and is still in its original condition

Redemption can be made at any of the HypePoint branches below:

  • HypePoint Laurier Quebec
  • HypePoint Quartier Dix30
  • HypePoint CF Fairview Pointe-Claire
  • HypePoint Promenades Gatineau

Please have proof of purchase with you. Either your digital invoice with the order number listed at the top left. Note that your purchase can be exchanged or refunded in the form of store credit.

exchange by post

The exchange can also be made by post. However, if you ordered the wrong size, return delivery charges will apply.

However, if it is an error on the part of our team or your item has a manufacturing defect, the return can be made, free of charge. In this case, please contactcustomer@pointshop.ca with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Problem encounter
  • Photo of the item received

Exceptions

For obvious safety and stock reasons, the following items are final sale:

  • Down
  • beanie
  • Caps
  • Bags
